Seaboard Energy seeks an Accounting Clerk to support finance operations, primarily focused on processing invoices, posting transactions, and maintaining records. The role involves building spreadsheets, preparing routine reports, and ensuring data accuracy across financial documents.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent (or 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience) and strong Excel skills.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required; or two years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Proficient in Excel.
Strong communication skills via conference calls, emails and Teams preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

Process daily invoice processing and related credit memos.
Build and maintain spreadsheets; type reports and other records; run routine weekly reports as needed.
Compile and sort documents, such as movement forms and checks, substantiating business transactions.
Verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received and total accounts.
Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into the computer following the format displayed on screen.
Compare data entered with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
Delete incorrectly entered data and re-enter correct data.
Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered; keep records of work completed.
Special analysis as needed.
