Hyatt Hotels Corporation—Alila Napa Valley is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our Finance Department in Napa Valley. You will perform data entry for invoices, vendor records and journal entries under the guidance of the Director of Finance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include filing, scanning and organizing financial documents, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and preparing spreadsheets and reports.

Competenze

• 6 months to 1 year of clerical or accounting-related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Perform data entry for invoices, vendor records, and journal entries.
• Assist with filing, scanning and organizing financial documentation.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes under the guidance of the Assistant Finance Manager or Director of Finance.
• Help with basic reconciliations and preparation of financial packets or reports.
• Monitor department email inboxes and respond to routine inquiries from vendors or other departments.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports as directed.
• Assist with distributing and logging checks and other financial documents,
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial records.
