Music City Center in Nashville is seeking an accounts receivable clerk to support the Controller by recording and processing client invoices and tracking rental payments. The role also involves maintaining MCC event lease files and ensuring accurate receivables.
Responsibilities include daily deposits, bank statement reconciliation, client invoicing, aging reports, and updating contracts in the Metro database. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of experience are required.
Under the direction of the Controller, records and processes client invoices, prepares receivable warrants for daily deposits, tracks and collects rental payments, and maintains MCC official event lease files.
