Responsibilities

• Maintain, verify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Process accounts payable vouchers and supplier invoices with proper approvals.
• Manage accounts receivable, including aging reports and follow-up on overdue invoices.
• Contact customers by phone or email to follow up on past-due invoices and escalating when needed.
• Record expenses and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
