Job summary

Wise Foods Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk for 1st shift (Hours 8am-4:30pm) to ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards and to consolidate financial statements, cash flow, and budgets for internal and external audiences.

The role involves cost accounting, budgeting, and reconciliation of accounts, with duties spanning data entry, verification, and routine financial reporting."

Qualifications

• HS degree required; Bachelor’s degree in accounting desired.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Accounts Receivable experience.
• Must know Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost accounting and budgeting, including allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, and budget preparation, as well as Accounts Payable/Receivable and Credit & Collections.
• Perform accounting transaction/data entry, data verification, and records maintenance.
• Record general transactions and control/reconcile accounts.
• Engage in budgeting, cost accounting, and internal financial reporting work.
