Job summary

Wise Foods Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk for 1st shift (Hours 8am-4:30pm) to ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards and to consolidate financial statements, cash flow, and budgets for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• HS degree required; Bachelor’s degree in accounting desired.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Accounts Receivable experience.
• Must know Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

This Accounting Clerk is responsible for ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments, collections, tax transactions, etc.) and for control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P & L, bank accounts, etc.). The role involves preparing accounting reports and schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and external audiences (compliance reporting), including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, and other related tasks.
