Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking an Accounting Clerk (1st Shift) in Denison, IA to support the plant cost accountant and operations team. You will analyze manufacturing data, validate costs, and generate reports to support operations while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate has prior accounting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. ERP experience, including D365 F&O, is preferred to ensure seamless data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain accurate records and support plant cost accounting.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with operations and purchasing.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook with data entry accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory costing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate operational transactions in the ERP system.
• Process inventory items into ERP with proper documentation and codes.
• Maintain accounting records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in analyzing manufacturing data for cost variances and reports.
