Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn basic manual AR functions.
• Interface with Service Now to retrieve tickets for processing.
• Submit bulk update requests via Excel templates using SAP Winshuttle; upload and respond to SNOW tickets.
• Perform key SAP adjustments, including write-offs requiring packeting and approvals.
• Utilize AI tools to automate the above manual processes.

Job description

Role:

• Learn basic manual AR functions
• Interface with Service Now (SNOW) to retrieve tickets to be processed
• Use Excel templates to submit bulk update requests via SAP using Winshuttle. Upload to system, and respond to SNOW tickets.
• Key manual adjustments into SAP, including write off adjustments that require packeting and approvals.
• Use AI tools to automate above manual processes

Skillset:

• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for use with customers and internal partners
• At least 2 years of experience working with automation
• Fluency in the Microsoft suite is a must!
