Ledgent is seeking an accounting/billing clerk in California to support time-entry accuracy and timely processing of expense entries. You will manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and assist with billing tasks such as scanning documents and maintaining ledgers to ensure billing accuracy.
The role requires law firm accounting experience, a high school diploma with at least four years in accounting, and proficiency in Time Slips, QuickBooks Pro/Enterprise, Excel, and Word, with a minimum
Handle vendor payments; review, organize and ensure accuracy. Work with the Paralegal team to ensure accuracy.
