Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Enter invoices, payments, and journal entries accurately and timely.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile basic accounts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting as needed.
• Respond to internal and external accounting-related inquiries.
