CFS is seeking a hands-on accounting leader for an on-site role in Indiana to oversee daily operations, manage closing cycles, and drive budgeting and forecasting. You will shape financial strategy and ensure rigorous controls in a trusted organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership, CPA preferred, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP. Growth into Controller/Director of Finance is available. This position is on-site in South Bend, IN.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; ability to manage financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel features.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
