Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction accounting strongly preferred.
• AIA billing experience required.
• Strong Excel skills with XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Procore and/or ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices across multiple jobs and divisions.
• Prepare and submit monthly AIA billings to General Contractors.
• Track and submit weekly certified payroll reports for both company and subcontractors.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices to support collections.
• Assist with month-end close and reconcile AP/AR between Procore, ServiceTitan, and QuickBooks.

The Position

The Accounting role plays a critical role in supporting both the accounting and operations teams, with a strong focus on construction-related financial processes.

This position is ideal for someone who understands job costing, AIA billing, and construction accounting workflows, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

This position will work closely with Project Managers, Coordinators, and leadership to ensure billing accuracy, vendor management, and financial reporting are executed efficiently across both commercial and service divisions.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process high-volume vendor invoices across multiple jobs and divisions
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and process weekly payments

AIA Billing & Certified Payroll

• Prepare and submit monthly AIA billings to General Contractors
• Manage lien waivers and ensure all billing requirements are met
• Track and submit weekly certified payroll reports for both company and subcontractors

Accounts Receivable

• Follow up on outstanding invoices to support collections
• Post payments and prepare deposits

Month-End Close Support

• Assist with month-end close process
• Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable between Procore, ServiceTitan, and QuickBooks

Qualifications

• Construction accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with AIA billing required
• Strong Excel skills (including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
• Experience with Procore and/or ServiceTitan is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
