Job summary

T & S ROOFING SYSTEMS , INC. in Miami, FL seeks an accounting support specialist to maintain accurate job costing records and support payroll and billing processes.

This role assists project teams and sales staff with administrative tasks, data entry, and document filing to ensure timely and accurate financial records. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of accounting experience, bilingual English/Spanish billing capability, and familiarity with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate job costing records
• Review and verify timecards on a daily basis for job costing purposes
• Support with payroll processing
• Assist with processing of subcontractor purchase orders to ensure timely payment per the PO process
• Receive COI requests and respond in a timely manner
• Assist sales reps with preparing support for project teams as needed
• General administrative tasks related to accounting and operations
• Assist with document filing, scanning, and data entry
