Job summary

Dimerco is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional in El Segundo, CA to handle AR/AP, GL, and other accounting entries. You’ll support daily bookkeeping, vendor payments, and month-end close in a fast-paced logistics environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, strong communication, and proactive problem solving, with training and career development opportunities as you contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly closes.

Qualifications

• AR/AP/GL/ACS accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Accounts receivable management and reporting.
• Check preparation, deposit and bank reconciliation.
• Issue checks to Vendors and Employees' reimbursement.
• Posting of Approved Costs and DNs by Month-End to facilitate Closing.
• Assist in Financial Reporting for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Close.

Responsibilities

• AR/AP/GL/ACS accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Accounts receivable management and reporting.
• Check preparation, deposit and bank reconciliation.
• Issue checks to Vendors and Employees' reimbursement.
