Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounting management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret, analyze, and report financial data.
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply technical accounting requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient verbal and written communication; provide clear financial information.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Proficient use of core systems, office and software packages.

Responsibilities

• Leads accounting department goals, objectives, and plans.
• Analyzes financial condition and operating performance with data reporting.
• Partners with business units to provide financial insights and improve processes.
• Hires, supervises, trains, coaches, and develops accounting staff.
• Manages schedules, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Provides guidance and resolves conflicts to support a collaborative team.
• Coordinates monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and audits.
• Ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Oversees financial planning process.
• Evaluates internal controls and communicates deficiencies.
• Identifies opportunities to improve procedures and efficiency.
• Analyzes complex problems and recommends cost/risk-based solutions.
• Acts with sound judgment on complex issues with Controller involvement.
• Maintains customer experience standards and ownership of issues.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
