** Huskie'z Landscaping, Inc.** is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk to join our team. We are an established landscape construction company and are looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day accounting functions and help maintain accurate financial records for a growing company.

** Position:** Full-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk
** Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week
** Location:** Utah
** Employment:** Full-Time

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required in Sage50 software
• Construction, landscape construction, or other job-costing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Strong understanding of job costing and project profitability preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software
• Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with company management, employees, vendors, customers, and outside accounting professionals

COMPENSATION

Salary/hourly rate will be determined based on accounting experience, construction-industry experience, job-costing knowledge, software proficiency, and overall qualifications.
