Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (5+ years total work experience) in a finance role.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Infor Syteline, LN, CostPoint, Deltek) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing with journal entries and GAAP compliance.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Maintain fixed asset register, including capitalization, depreciation and disposals.
• Prepare and review trial balances and schedules for reporting.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and assist with aging and collections.
• Analyze financial data for variances and reporting.
• Assist audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with AR and other departments on sales orders.
