Job summary

Actus Consulting Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Accounting Assistant for a permanent, onsite role. Work hours are 9am-5pm with little overtime, primarily at the Northwest Indy location near 86th St and Michigan Rd.

The position offers a salary of $48K DOE and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include data entry in the ERP system, processing A/R and A/P invoices, reconciling subledgers, and supporting ISO tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting preferred), or equivalent experience.
• Work experience with ERP or accounting system or data entry
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong numerical and analytical skills a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Post and manage data in the internal ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Review and process A/R invoices and payment receipts in the ERP system
• Review and process A/P invoices and payments in the ERP system
• Process credit/debit memo, rebate/commission, and inventory adjustment requests as necessary
• Perform cash and other subledger account reconciliations
• Support ISO internal management and admin tasks as assigned by supervisor
