Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
• Previous office or administrative experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A commitment to providing outstanding service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks.
• Assist with internal and external audit and tax documentation requests.
• Code invoices and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Update accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data.
• Review service accounts, leases, and contracts for updates.
• Support various administrative and accounting projects as needed.
