Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of commercial credit/collections experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis.
• Proven collections and dispute resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external communications to resolve past-due obligations.
• Inform customers of credit restrictions and advise sales or service teams.
• Maintain timely follow-up and resolve disputes to settle invoices.
• Coordinate with Credit Manager, Sales, and Customer Service on credit status.
• Prepare trial balances and monitor credit lines up to Net 60 days.
• Negotiate extended terms within guidelines.
