Ontic in Creedmoor, NC is seeking an Accounting Associate (AP) to join our team. You will report to the Controller and work onsite at Creedmoor, NC, supporting accounts payable processes and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP, a high school diploma (associate/bachelor preferred in Accounting or Finance), and strong attention to detail. You will process invoices, match with PO/receipts, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Process employee expenses via SAP Concur
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files and records
• Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues

Our team is looking for an Accounting Associate (AP) to join them. You will report to the Controller and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.

To be considered for the Accounting Associate (AP) opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation Pay Range

Depending on Experience $25-$28/hour
