Job summary

Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Global FP&A Manager for the Creedmoor, NC site. You will report to the Head of FP&A and lead financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting across the organization.

The role emphasizes improving financial models, data visualization, and automation while collaborating with Site Finance teams globally. You will analyze performance against budget, manage the annual budget and forecasts, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Superior interpersonal communication skills and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance against budget, goals, and M&A activity with focus on sales, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, ROIC
• Prepare monthly reporting packs from consolidated financial data
• Track and analyze complex financial information including price/mix/volume, market analysis, and KPIs
• Own group/central annual Budget, quarterly Forecasts, and weekly Flash processes
• Prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative for senior management
• Interface with Site Finance teams for consolidation and narrative of global results
• Build and improve financial models and data validation with IT and Finance teams
• Drive automation and data visualization within finance and expand AI capabilities

Our team is looking for a Global FP&A Manager to join them. You will report to the Head of FP&A and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Responsibilities

As a Global FP&A Manager, you will:

• Analyze business performance against budget, strategic goals, and M&A activity, specifically on sales, gross margin, EBITDA, Cash Flow, and ROIC, with in-depth understanding of key drivers contributing to each
• Prepare monthly reporting packs from consolidated company financial data
• Track, analyze, and understand complex financial information, including sales & cost analysis, price/mix/volume analysis, market analysis, inventory tracking, returns on investment, cash flow, and other business/operational KPIs
• Financial owner of group/central annual Budget, quarterly Forecasts, and weekly Flash processes
• Prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative for senior management
• Interface seamlessly with Site Finance teams in consolidation, analysis and narrative of global financial results
• Build, maintain, and improve on existing financial models, interfacing with Site Finance teams, IT and Finance Transformation teams to identify, source and validate data
• Drive agenda for automation, enhanced visualization of data and development of enhanced technology usage across the finance department
• Build out AI capabilities within finance supporting the above
• Identify opportunities within the finance team and across the business for process improvements
