Job summary

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. in Creedmoor, NC seeks an Accounting Associate (AP) to join our on-site finance team.

You will report to the Controller and handle vendor invoices, expense processing, and AP reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness. The position requires 2+ years in accounts payable, a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor in Accounting preferred), and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Process employee expenses via SAP Concur.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Maintain accounts payable records and assist with month-end closing and audits.
