Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and related payment processes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain organized financial records.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including expense report processing.
• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Manage daily banking activities.
• Support accounts receivable processing as needed (backup).

The Accounting Associate is responsible for supporting daily financial operations with a strong focus on accounts payable, general accounting tasks, and cross-department collaboration related to budgeting and deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and related payment processes.
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including:
