Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, bill entry, and payment posting.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring all documentation is filed properly.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts as needed.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports or summaries as requested.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing or payment inquiries.
• Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and general ledger updates.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager or Controller, including special projects as assigned.
