Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Experience in the development industry is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and SAP Concur is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounting Manager with full accounts payable cycle: review invoices, coding, process and cut checks, vendor maintenance.
• Assist with employee expense reimbursements and corporate card reconciliation through SAP Concur.
• Assist with accounts receivable: issue invoices, coding, collections, customer inquiries.
• Enter daily banking transactions and other business transactions into JD Edwards.
• Maintain filing system and document controls; support monthly/quarterly/year-end close.
• Prepare reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; assist with property tax statements.
