What You Will Do
The Accountant Payroll and Benefits Specialist will support finance operations. You will be responsible for managing key areas, such as payroll management, healthcare benefits, retirement programs, bonuses, and collaborating with the health insurance broker. Additionally, you will work on ad-hoc Finance projects, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals.

Professional office environment with standard office equipment. Occasional exposure to Everstand’s residential and educational environments may occur.
Physical Demands
Ability to perform standard office activities and occasionally move or transport up to 25 pounds.
Position Type/Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work during peak periods. One remote workday per week may be available after the 90-day introductory period.
