Everstand in Milford Mill, MD is hiring an Operations Associate to support the Advancement Department with timely processing of gifts, donor acknowledgments, and broad administrative support across marketing, events, and operations. You will maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT, assist with daily gift reports, and partner with Finance on reconciliations.
You will coordinate donor stewardship, event logistics, vendor relations, and manage materials plus mailings.

As an integral member of the Advancement Department, the Operations Associate is responsible for the timely processing and acknowledgment of gifts, as well as administrative support in the areas of marketing, special events, and the general operations of the Advancement Department.
