Everstand in Baltimore is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Advancement Team on site. You will develop, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and community engagement.

As a Marketing Specialist on Everstand’s Advancement Team, you will collaborate with the Senior Director of Advancement to develop, implement, and optimize strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, strengthen community engagement, and advance Everstand’s mission. You will manage multi-channel digital marketing efforts across Everstand’s website, social media platforms, and email marketing channels while creating compelling multimedia content, including videos, graphics, blog posts, case studies, and testimonials, that brings Everstand’s impact and stories to life. This role is ideal for a creative, results-driven marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and finding innovative ways to connect audiences with Everstand’s mission.
