Oregon Freeze Dry in Albany, Oregon is seeking a Financial Analyst I to provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support for Sales and Operations. This role evaluates financial and operational performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops actionable recommendations that support business objectives and profitable growth.

You will develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools, analyze cost and revenue drivers, support monthly closes and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or food industry.
• Ability to build and maintain data-driven analyses and reports.
• Experience with relational databases and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, profitability, and trends to identify opportunities.
• Compare actual results to budget and forecast, highlight variances.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Support monthly close, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Maintain data integrity and automate reporting where possible.
• Exhibit regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis.
