Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Analyst in Albany, OR to support payroll operations and manage AP/AR processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in AR or related areas, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems including Infor ERP. You will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accurate data, timely payments, and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related roles.
• Fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Infor ERP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles and processes.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payments for accuracy and compliance.
• Post cash receipts to customer accounts and maintain daily cash receipts file.
• Manage disputes, shortages, and unapproved customer deductions.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and close activities related to AP/AR.
• Assist payroll data management and timecard administration.
