Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with complex accounting systems.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and applies it to monthly closes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly ad hoc journal entries per GAAP.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Analyze reserves, adjustments, and improvements.
• Manage accounting across multiple entities on accrual and cash basis.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations and document controls.
• Generate client pre-bills and final invoices.
• Provide insights on accruals, status, and budgets.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Uphold policies and procedures with professionalism.
