Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs and improve financial data quality. You will review statements, journals, and month-end close, advising on corrections with clear rationale.

Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365 is valued. This remote contractor role requires strong accounting judgment, ability to create realistic training scenarios, and clear feedback to enhance model performance.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
