Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote contractor role, focusing on evaluating AI-produced accounting output and improving training data. You will work with ERP platforms including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365 to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatments.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in financial accounting and AI data evaluation, plus strong Excel skills and fluent business English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, and FP&A.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365, and similar systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, labeling, or rubric-based grading is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
