Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Proficient with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with rationale.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
