How One Will Serve

• Process and deposit donations, ensuringaccuraterecord-keeping in QuickBooks
• Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules
• Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements
• Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts
• Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses
• Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation
• Track andallocatedepartmental expenses and copy charges
• Support financial reporting andmaintainaccuratedonation records
