Seaside Plumbing is seeking an Accounting Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations. You will process accounts receivable, batch invoices, and maintain financial records in QuickBooks and spreadsheets.
The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and a willingness to learn within a collaborative accounting team. In-house training and growth opportunities are available alongside comprehensive benefits.
At Seaside Plumbing, we're not just fixing plumbing—we're restoring peace, uplifting lives, and raising the standard of what service in the trades looks like.
Behind every great service company is a team that keeps everything organized, accurate, and moving forward. Our Accounting team plays an important role in making sure the day-to-day financial details of our business are handled correctly and on time.
If you're organized, comfortable working with numbers, and interested in continuing to build your accounting skills, we'd love to meet you.
This is not for everyone.
Accounting requires consistency.
Details matter. Deadlines matter. And sometimes the work can be repetitive.
This is a role where:
You’ll work alongside an experienced Accounting team and help keep the everyday financial operations of our business running smoothly.
You don’t need to know everything on Day One.
But you do need to be willing to learn, ask questions, take feedback, and take ownership of getting your work right.
We are where the best come to become elite.
As an Accounting Administrator at Seaside Plumbing, you’ll support the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of our business.
You will:
As you grow in the position, you’ll have opportunities to learn additional accounting functions and take on greater responsibility.
This isn’t just about entering numbers into a system.
It’s an opportunity to build your accounting experience inside a growing company.
You’ll work with an experienced Accounting team, learn how the financial side of a service business operates, and gain hands‑on experience across several accounting functions.
We invest in people who:
You don’t have to come in as an accounting expert.
We believe great people deserve to be taken care of.
This role could be a great fit if you:
This is NOT a fit if you:
We’re more interested in finding someone with the right foundation and potential to grow than someone who checks every possible accounting box.
Ideally, you bring:
Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, reconciliations, or payroll is a plus—not a requirement.
Candidates should also be able to successfully complete any required pre‑employment screening.
This is a full‑time, in‑person position based in Bishopville, Maryland.
Ownership — Take initiative. Own the outcome. Leave it better than you found it.
Empathy — Lead with humanity, care and understanding.
Courage — Embrace discomfort. Do the hard things. Growth follows.
Gratitude — There is always something to be grateful for. Find it. Share it.
Authenticity — Be your weird self and respect that in others. You shine brighter that way.
You don’t need to have ten years of accounting experience to make an impact here.
We’re looking for someone who has a good foundation, takes accuracy seriously, and wants an opportunity to keep learning.
If you’re looking for:
This could be a great next step in your accounting career.
Seaside Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
