Job summary

Seaside Plumbing Inc in Bishopville, Maryland is seeking a Service & Sales Manager to lead a growing team of Service Technicians. You will set expectations, coach for performance, and drive revenue through excellent field execution.

You will conduct ride-alongs and 1:1 coaching, partner with dispatch and customer service, monitor KPIs, and hire and onboard new technicians. If you value accountability, coaching, and building elite teams, this is your role.

What You’ll Do
