Job summary

Seaside Plumbing Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead our service team, operating out of Bishopville, MD, and serving the Eastern Shore. You’ll be the bridge between leadership and the field, setting the tone and standards daily.

You’ll coach technicians, review performance with Service Managers, and manage on-duty coverage on Saturdays. A proven 3+ years residential plumbing background and strong leadership are required.

• Serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field.
• Provide real-time coaching on technical execution, pricing, and customer experience.
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions.
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve technician performance.
• Support field escalations and ensure consistency in pricing and standards.
• Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow-through.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating Saturday schedule.
• Set the tone for the day through communication and leadership.
• Support apprentices and technicians in skill development and growth.
