Job summary

Seaside Plumbing is seeking an Accounting Manager/Controller to oversee daily accounting operations, manage AR/AP/payroll, and deliver timely financial statements.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, analyze performance, and coordinate with external tax professionals, ensuring compliance and controls as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of QuickBooks Desktop experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (testing required).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Employment credit checks may be conducted only for designated positions with fiduciary authority or access to sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and Controller operations.

• Prepare and present financial reports in a clear, easy-to-understand format.
