Job summary

Seaside Plumbing is seeking an Accounting Manager / Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting, AR/AP, payroll, cash management, and financial reporting in Bishopville, Maryland.

You will deliver timely statements, support budgeting and forecasting, improve processes, and ensure compliance while partnering with leadership. Competitive salary and benefits include 100% health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of QuickBooks Desktop experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (testing required).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Employment credit checks may be conducted only for designated positions in which credit information is substantially job-related, including positions involving significant fiduciary authority, control of company funds, or access to sensitive financial information.
