Responsibilities
  • Teach day and evening accounting classes at the Community College of Baltimore County.
  • Prepare and deliver instruction in accordance with department standards.
  • Cooperate with college support staff by timely submission of teaching materials as required.
  • Coordinate activities with the Department Chair or coordinator.
  • Attend department meetings and participate in professional development activities.
  • Be available to students outside of class for academic support.
Qualifications
  • An earned master’s degree in accounting or a master’s degree in business with at least 18 graduate credits in accounting.
  • Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license.
  • Two years of professional experience in the accounting field (preferred).
  • Two years of teaching experience at the college level (preferred).
Pay and Location

Pay Level: $1085 per credit hour
