Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Review financial data and investigate discrepancies.
• Support routine accounting processes and month-end activities.
• Prepare and process journal entries and account adjustments.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain spreadsheets, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Support billing, cash management, and other accounting-related functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed.
