Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support a growing accounting team through month-end, quarterly, and year-end closes. You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting while upholding internal controls.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, SOX familiarity, and attention to detail to deliver accurate statements and audit-ready workpapers. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong experience with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Hands-on journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
• Prepare and post journal entries and adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain schedules for prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, and other GL accounts.
• Support inventory and revenue accounting activities for subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial analyses and investigate variances.
