Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Accountant for an interim role to support the finance team. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite per week and the potential to convert to a permanent role in the future.

Responsibilities include processing AP/AR, journal entries, GL maintenance, and bank reconciliations, plus monthly/quarterly close and financial reporting (P&L, balance sheets).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).

Our client, a growing professional services organization, is seeking an Accountant on an interim basis to support their finance team. This open-ended contract offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite per week and the potential to convert to a permanent role in the future.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
