Job summary

The role involves collaborating with CPAs on monthly statements and reporting, ensuring timely billing, and supporting special accounting projects.

Qualifications

4+ years of accounting experience.
Strong A/P, A/R, GL, reconciliation, and billing experience.
QuickBooks Desktop experience required.
Strong Excel and accounting systems skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage A/P, A/R, invoicing, billing, collections, and payment processing.
Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions.
Manage monthly customer invoicing and CBO disbursements.
Reconcile customer and CBO statements, credits, and account adjustments.
Maintain customer/account changes in Master View to ensure accurate billing and payments.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and franchisees regarding billing and payments.
Partner with the CPA on monthly financial statements and reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements and support special accounting projects.
