Position Summary

The Accountant/Office Manager will maintain financial accuracy, optimize office operations, and support leadership. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, assisting with payroll and HR tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will also be the welcoming face of our office, providing a professional and organized environment. This role offers growth opportunities as the company expands.

Education & Experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in an accountant or office manager role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Proficiency in AP and AR, expense reporting, and familiarity with ERP systems (Global Shop ERP a plus).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Planning events and supporting ad-hoc projects.
Additional Information
  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
  • Occasional remote work may be available.
  • Reports to the Controller.
