Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is recruiting an Accountant/Account Manager for a Franklin-based entertainment industry firm with 20 years of success. You will manage a roster of entertainment clientele, prepare monthly financial statements, and handle bookkeeping duties including AP/AR and budgets.

The role offers a base salary up to $75,000 with up to 10% bonus, great benefits, and a progressive hybrid work model: on-site in year one, then 1-day hybrid after year, then 2 days hybrid after

• Onboard clients and assist with a variety of projects

One of our clients, a booming entertainment industry firm in Franklin for 20 years, is hiring an Accountant/Account Manager. Their prestigious roster includes recording artists, entertainers, songwriters, and music producers. The salary is up to $75,000 base plus up to 10% bonus. The position is on-site in downtown Franklin for the first year, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After 1 year, it becomes one day hybrid, and after 2 years, it becomes two days hybrid. This is a permanent direct-hire position.
