Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP or general ledger systems; data analysis of large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Process billing invoices for assigned locations across multiple cycles.
• Issue invoices to clients via mail or email to document expected payments.
• Prepare and process billing adjustments; maintain accurate records.
