Overview

A growing law firm in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in law firm accounting or the legal industry, though the firm is open to training someone with a strong work history, stable tenure, and a four-year degree.

This role is best suited for someone organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple accounting functions within a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related reporting
• Support month-end closing procedures
• Handle trust accounting and ensure compliance with legal accounting standards
